* TECHNICAL FEATURES FOR STANDARD ACA MOTORS (TEFC) - 0.37KW-150KW :
The above type of motors are standard motors with foot mounted type in TOTALLY ENCLOSED FAN COOLED S1 duty voltage 415 +6%, 50/60 cycles speed 720, 960, 1440, 2880 RPM at 3 phase AC supply as per IS325.

* CONSTRUCTION :
Body or stat or frame of motor is of cast iron having terminal box opening and end shield to form firm & rigid bearing housings.

* STATOR :
High grade silicon steel laminated and pressed together and duly locked in stat or frame.

* ROTOR :
Consists of high grade silicon steel lamination duly tighten and aluminium die cast duly balanced as per I.S.S.

* BEARINGS :
Heavy duty type and accessible and as per I.S.S. all precautions are taken, duly covered to safeguard from foreign particle reaching bearing housing from outside.

* TERMINAL BOX:
Very spacious and safely designed with widely distanced individual terminal connections.

* INSULATION :
E or B is offered as per clients demand in standard motors. The Motor is offered for various application in various mode of execution, the frame size details shown in detailed drawing herewith, closing fro, sizes etc.

* SPECIAL TYPES OF AC MOTORS FOR SPECIAL APPLICATION :
We also manufacture special type Motors like Loom Motors, Torque Motors, Brake Motors, Auto start synchronous Motors for unity P.F. application etc. Two speed Motors, double cage type motors also Motors with flanged Mounted, for verticle execution. Single phase capacitor start motors for rating upto 2 HP.
