Our R & D department has come up with rotating electrical machines trainer(TURBO 2000 and TURBO 500) for the first time in INDIA that explains the function and utility of every industrial component.

This is our research which is certified by most eminent author of India Shri S K Bhattacharya whose text book in Electrical Machines Design are published by Tata Macgraws Hill Co. Ltd.

The products are designed in such a way that a small single phase capacitor start motor up to electrical turbine generator used in power stations can be assembled by students.

This provides a major thrust to our industrial, agricultural and economical sector.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

We are happy to watch a demonstration of a Rotating Electrical Machine trainer developer by M/S National Electrical Industries, Ahmedabad. The representatives of this company also explained and demonstrated the versatility of this trainer in its use as different types of Rotating Electrical Machines.

The following are some of our specific observations :

  1. All the components of the trainer are made quite robust and both the stators and rotors are easily interchangeable. The machine runs smoothly.
  2. The open type construction enables the user to see the constructional details of each part.
  3. Machines can be connected in various configurations through the terminals brought out at the board. Thus it is possible to sun the set as dcmotor, DC generator, induction motor (3 phase and 1 phase), synchronous motor, alternator, rotary converter etc.
  4. The panel board has built-in variable DC power supply with ammeter and voltmeter thus external DC source is not required.
  5. All the machines take 1 KW load very comfortably.
  6. Test results of different experiments performed over the set were in conformity to the result of practical identical machines.

In general we found the trainer very useful in teaching electrical machines through demonstration and experimentation. This machines trainer also will provide opportunity to students and teachers appreciate the concept of generalized electrical machine. I find this Rotating Electrical Machine trainer develop by M/S National Electrical Industries, Ahmedabad as a very useful contribution in making teaching learning in technical institutes more effective.

This machine is viewed by a high -placed 14 member committee comprising of eminent Professors of Universities appointed by the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. The committee was headed by Dr.S.K.Bhattacharya who in these above points 3, 5 & 6 clearly states that the research conducted by us is not mentioned in Electrical Engineering textbooks.

We invite any Postgraduate student or engineering expert to view this research on CDs free of cost in the interest of this vital subject of Electrical machine which drives the economy and the wheel of production in every country of the world.
Note : If we do not prove or if any body proves that electrical engineering text books contains the wordings used in the certificate, we are ready to offer the gentleman privilege to have free ticket to India
