Swinging field cradle mounted electrical dynamometer both in AC and DC mode, AC is preferable because one can get AC 3phase supply as output, while the AC or DC motors are being tested on our above test bench, this supply can be utilised in heating purpose i.e. baking furnace so that while motor are being tested the electricity generated is not wasted but can be utilised by placing load heaters in furnace to bake the winding varnishing plant.

The electrical dynamo meters will generate 3 phase, 440V, 50 cycles of current and instead of wasting the same, recycled and at the same time all the motors are tested at 20% electricity that is, if 10HP motor is to be tested then it will generate 7.5HP from our dynamo meter which can run the workshop he has to only install a CHANGE OVER SWITCH while testing the motor.

Panel Testing Benches :

80% DC Panel manufacturers test their panel on resistive load (heater) this gives them load but not inductive load testing is performed this result in sudden surge in Amperes and circuit fails at 300% starting loads of motor, we are providing panel manufacturers to test their panel boards DC to DC machines identical type to test their panels with the help of only 20 power supply against the load to be tested i.e. example for 15HP DC motor panel testing only 20% power is needed it is called back to back testing. i.e. DC output of motor generator set goes back in motor through individual DC Source, i.e. for 5kw out 5.5kw is input to generator, there for input of motor will be 5.5 +10% = 6kw (Considering generator effecting 92% & of motor 90%) There for to test 5kw panel 6kw is require i.e. only 1kw more which 20% of 5kw.
