AC GENERATORS BRUSH TYPE:-

AC Generators consist of a rotor with a distributed winding, a stator with field coils mounted on poles. Rectifiers for series and shunt field are used for excitation. The generator is self excited, self regulated.

Standard generators are designed for 230V or 115/230V unity power factor for single phase generators and 415V power factor 0.8 for 3 phase generator.

We give chock coil transformer and booster transformer along with the alternator to make alternator work for all p.f. without overloading Armature reluctance, the box is separately given or mounted on generator but we give separately for better lite and durability.

GENERAL DISCRIPTION : A.C. Generators consist of a stator with a distributed winding, a rotor with wound salient poles and a rotating armature brushless AC exciter. The excitation regulator holds the output voltage constant and provides fast response to sudden load changes. Being brushless, the generator requires minimum maintenance.

VOLTAGE : The generators are designed for 415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz and 230 V, 1 Phase. Other voltages can also be offered.
