HISTORY:

National Electrical Industries with EL+MO brand as their product, was started in 1984 and with monthly production of 50 Electric Motors and after span 16 years and 17th year running, has grown up, having offices in USA & 70 % or production being exported to developed countries like Australia, New Zealand. Europe and finally USA. OOur achievement is due to involvement of workers in production, quality control and rejection. Every worker is a partner of our progress. Every dealer is trained in our factory before given dealership and is well versed in Automisation and Controls. This is our story of success.

QUALITY STANDARDS :
Stamping is the heart of the motor. This basic raw material, we are using totally imported and have our own Stamping Division. Because the suppliers of Stamping in order to meet their own demand, supply un-standard or get untreated raw material. Due to this, 75% market of electric motor in Industries, purchase electric motors from Multi-Nationals rather than SSI units, resulting in 50% motor manufacturers forced to shut off their Industrial unit. We have our own Stamping Division, Press Shop & every raw material is being checked, certified & result in super quality product because with the help of defined Iron losses, we can regulate the efficiency and current drawn by the machines.

NOTE:
Our success in developing Alternators or USA in the face of stringent high quality world market is due to this basic concept of our own Stamping division.

DIVERSIFICATION:
FOR OUR DC MOTORS, WE HAVE ENTERED INTO AC MOTORS, AC GENERATORS, EDDY CURRENT MOTORS & ALSO AC DRIVE DUTY MOTORS. THE CONCEPT OF AC DRIVES IS UNKNOWN TO 99% PEOPLE WHO SELL THE DRIVERS OR PURCHASE THE AC DRIVERS.

NOTE:
No Electric Motor (AC Motor 3 Ph or 1 Ph) can be run by AC Drive below rated RPM at Full Load. As per IS325, there is no provision or no warranty stands for such use. This is already being given verdict by High Court in the case of 50 HP AC 3 Ph Motor run by AC Drive, both manufactured by different Multi-Nationals where motor burnt 3 times and no warranty claim is given by motor manufacturer who won the case against "Agarwal Paper Mills Pvt Ltd" in Mumbai High Court. Because IS325 or International Standard clearly states that the colling media of any motor (Standard) is designed for its rated speed. If the rated speed is lowered than the cooling arrangement should be taken care off by user and not by the motor manufacturer.

CONCLUSION:
Looking to this, we have started manufacturing of AC Drive Duty Motors 1 Ph & 3 Ph, in all Aluminum with special blower mounted design in IEC Frames upto 7.5 HP.

ELECTRIC MOTORS & WORLD:
Electric Motors have very wide market. The controls can change but the concept remains the same of electric motor being a driving force. It had, it will drive the economy of every country. Today's Automobiles will also be run by DC Motors. Today's Electrical Distributions will be taken over by Solar Energy Generating DC supply for House Hold & Industries. We have brought a new concept of PMDC Motors 30 Watts to 1500 Watts and very shortly will bring Servo & Stepper Motors into production. Within last 365 days, we have exported Rs. 1.75 Crores Motores, Generators to all developed countries in the world.

ELECTRICAL MACHINES AND EDUCATION:
Today 90% qualified electrical engineers are jobless because no colleges, professors have taken pains to know what happens with these engineers coming out of colleges. Formerly, all were employed in Government Plans where they were trained after independence in Governemnt owned & Public sector Industries. Today, a qualified engineer can not do anything; he can not repair a Table Fan or a Pump Set; who will employ him???? We have developed & Turbo500 machines to train them duly certified by Government of India, having proved Electrical Engineering to be changed with time certified by Prof. S.K.Bhattacharya whose text books in Electrical Machine Design are published by "Tata McGraws Hills Ltd" in 21 countries.

OUR FETURE PLANS:
By the end of 2001, we will have a 100% export with 75% Sales to Europe & USA and 25% to other countries. We look forward to get your quest for Electric Motors to end with our choice.

WARRANTY:
Our all products are subject to warranty of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
